Refund Policy

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. For an authority-rejected passport or visa photo, the User may submit rejection evidence and order information for review. The Service Provider may also review failed delivery, duplicate payment, materially defective output and material technical malfunction. Refunds remain subject to this Policy and applicable law.

After-sales service content

We provide support through email and the online customer service system. We aim to acknowledge requests within 24 hours, but response and resolution times may vary. Material problems caused by the Service will be reviewed and corrected or replaced where appropriate. Any separately chargeable support must be clearly priced and accepted before work begins.
