Image Rights Policy

By uploading an image, the user represents that the user is shown in the image or has obtained permission from the person shown, and has the right to request the selected processing and delivery. The user is responsible for notices, permissions and consents required by local law. The Company does not verify ownership or identity solely from an upload confirmation. The user must not use an output to impersonate a person or create a fraudulent identity document. The Company may require confirmation, restrict processing or remove an image when a credible complaint or risk signal is received.
