Users retain rights they already hold in uploaded content. Users grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to host, reproduce and process the content only as necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security, resolve disputes and comply with law. The Company does not use uploaded content for advertising, sale or model training unless separately disclosed and lawfully authorized. A rights holder may submit the work, rights basis, contact information, location of the content and a good-faith statement to the published contact channel. The Company may remove or restrict access while investigating and may notify the uploader where appropriate. Counter-notices and repeat-infringer handling should be implemented according to the applicable law and the Company’s internal procedure.
